Chiropractic adjustment is a procedure in which trained specialists (chiropractors) use their hands or a small instrument to apply a controlled, sudden force to a spinal joint. The goal of this procedure is also known as spinal manipulation, is to improve spinal motion, circulation and nerve flow.
Interferential current (IFC)
Interferential current or IFC is a deeper form of TENS. IFC is used by physical therapists to decrease swelling and inflammation in injured tissues. This method penetrates deeper in the muscle tissue then other methods and helps releive pain in shoulders hips and even the spine.
